  • Operator Bulldozer

Operator alat berat ini berguna dalam pekerjaan penggalian, penggusuran dan mendorong material. Peserta pelatihan dilatih agar mampu mengoperasikan Bulldozer di kondisi tanah berlumpur, berbatu serta area perhutanan. Pelatihan bertujuan agar mampu menjadi operator unit Bulldozer yang sesuai dengan standar. Pelatihan juga dirancang agar mewujudkan operator yang efisien, berproduktivitas tinggi dan berkompeten.

Peserta pelatihan akan mendapatkan sertifikat Surat Ijin Operator (SIO) dari Kementrian Tenaga Kerja dan Transportasi. Materi Pelatihan meliputi pengetahuan dasar Bulldozer, materi tenaga penggerak dan hidrolik, perawatan dan pemeriksaan alat. Untuk materi praktik meliputi pengenalan unit dan pengoperasian. Untuk persyaratan, Anda diharuskan berusia minimal sembilan belas tahun dan tidak buta warna.

  • Operator Wheel Loader

Pelatihan ini mencakup semua pengoperasian wheel loader. Pelatihan ini mengaitkan dengan cara perawatan dan pengecekan sebelum dioperasikan. Faktor dan kebijakan K3 juga diajarkan pada pelatihan ini. Materi teori berisi Pengenalan unit, yaitu aplikasi dan fungsi instrument control panel. Untuk pengoperasian unit berisi teknik dasar, prosedur dan fungsi dari komponen wheel loader.

Dalam praktik mencakup pengenalan unit komponen dan pengoperasian unit mesin. Hasil dari pelatihan bertujuan agar Anda menjadi peserta yang memiliki keterampilan penguasaan alat tersebut. Persyaratannya, Anda berusia minimal sembilan belas tahun. Syarat yang lain harus berbadan sehat dan tidak buta warna. Fasilitas yang diberikan berupa Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan penunjang lain.

  • Operator Dump Truck

Dump Truck tidak hanya digunakan untuk mengangkut bahan konstruksi,namun juga alat berat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar Anda memiliki kemampuan pengoperasian dump truck secara resmi. Adanya operator yang kompeten akan meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja. Materi pelatihan berisi pengetahuan tentang dasar tenaga penggerak, perangkat, faktor keamanan dan perawatan harian.

Materi teori berisi pengenalan unit komponen beserta fungsi kendali dan pengenalan komponen. Pengoperasian gerakan dump truck dan prosedur penggunaan juga termasuk di dalamnya. Persyaratan dalam kursus alat berat ini, Anda minimal lulusan SLTP dan memiliki pengalaman satu tahun di bidangnya. Fasilitas yang disediakan berupa unit praktek, hand-out, dan ruang kelas.

  • Operator Crane

Dalam kursus ini,peserta memilih sendiri jenis crane yang dikehendaki. Kelas dalam pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi tiga kelas berdasarkan keahlian kapasitas angkat crane. Pelatihan ini diutamakan untuk mendapatkan sertifikat Surat Ijin Operator. Materi training diantaranya tentang pengoperasian, jenis keran terminologi dan pengetahuan keamanan.

Tujuan kursus ini, Anda diharap mampu meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja dan mengevaluasi bahaya yang mungkin terjadi. Metode pelatihan berbentuk penjelasan konsep, tanya jawab, praktik dan ujian. Persyaratannya anda minimal lulus Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan berpengalaman satu tahun di bidang crane. Tenaga pengajar berasal dari Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi.
